Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected on the Site where discovered, and Tinos.com.au, reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
Ordering process
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or NSW Public Holidays will be shipped on the following business day. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by phone or email regarding your order.
Back Orders
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain models. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information. Some items are manufactured to order and will have at times and extended lead time.
Refunds and Returns
You can shop at Tinos.com.au knowing that if you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return the product to us and get your money back.
We will ask no questions and there will be no hard feelings.
To return an item for your money back follow these simple steps:
1. Send an email Click Here stating your customer number, order number and the item/s you wish to return.
2. Tinos.com.au customer service department will then issue you with a Return Authorisation number (RMA) and advise you of our return address
3. Please include the RMA number with your returned item/s to enable us to process your refund promptly.
4. Our Money Back No Questions Asked is for all products provided:
- You notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 21 days of dispatching your order to you
- The returned item/s are received to us with in 14 days of us providing you with an RMA number
- The items are returned to us ‘as new’ condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, labels, and manuals complete and intact
- The item/s that are returned have not been opened, worn, damaged, used and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
- The item/s is securely packed and send back to us via Registered Post or a Courier service to ensure the package is received by us.
5. Your refund will be the amount you paid for the items returned minus the delivery costs.
