2. What is Tinos return policy?

Returns of damaged or faulty products from Tinos

Tinos replaces any products that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Under these circumstances, Tinos will provide you with instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.

Returns of undamaged products

You can shop at Tinos.com.au knowing that if you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return the product to us and get your money back.

We will ask no questions and there will be no hard feelings.

To return an item for your money back follow these simple steps:
1. Send an email to returns@tinos.com.au stating your customer number, order number and the item/s you wish to return.
2. Tinos.com.au customer service department will then issue you with a Return Authorisation number (RMA) and advise you of our return address
3. Please include the RMA number with your returned item/s to enable us to process your refund promptly.
4. Our Money Back No Questions Asked is for all products provided:
  • You notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 21 days of dispatching your order to you
  • The returned item/s are received to us with in 14 days of us providing you with an RMA number
  • The items are returned to us  ‘as new’ condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, labels, and manuals complete and intact
  • The item/s that are returned have not been opened, worn, damaged, used and are in 100% re-saleable condition when we receive them.
  • The item/s is securely packed and send back to us via Registered Post or a Courier Service to ensure the package is received by us.
5. Your refund will be the amount you paid for the items returned minus the delivery costs.

3. When will my order ship?

In most cases orders will be processed and shipped with-in 48 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday. it will be processed and shipped the following business day. If items that you have ordered are not in stock you will be contacted immediately and informed of ETA.

We will endeavour to meet our delivery times, however delays could be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control. As we do not keep all products in stock, we may need to order your products in from our suppliers. This could result in extended delivery times or the product being unavailable. If you have ordered a product where our supplier is out of stock or is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and if you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange

 

4. What method will my order be shipped?

Tinos uses eParcels (which is part of Australia Post) & Fastway. Once you order has been despatched you will recieve an email notification. With that notification you will receive a tracking code so you can check to see where your order is.
If no-one is at the delivery destination to receive the package a calling card is left which will provide further information. If you have any further questions on our shipping methods please Email Here.

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping is $8.5 Australlia wide for all orders to the same destination no matter how many items you purchase.

6. What if the product is on back order?

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain item. If any product is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you by email with up-to-date delivery information.

7. What forms of payments are acceptable?

Form of payment that are accepted are: Secure Credit Card (eWay), PayPal , Electronic Funds Transfer, Cash, Phone, Cheque & Post

All products on Tinos.com.au have already got 10% GST included in the price.

10. What if I have a coupon code?

During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your valid coupon code.
