Shipping Options & Charges

 

When will my order ship?

In most cases orders will be processed and shipped with-in 48 hours. If your order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday. it will be processed and shipped the following business day. If items that you have ordered are not in stock you will be contacted immediately and informed of ETA.

We will endeavour to meet our delivery times, however delays could be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control. As we do not keep all products in stock, we may need to order your products in from our suppliers. This could result in extended delivery times or the product being unavailable. If you have ordered a product where our supplier is out of stock or is no longer available, we will notify you immediately and if you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange. 

What method will my order be shipped?

Tinos uses eParcels (which is part of Australia Post) & Fastway. Once you order has been despatched you will recieve an email notification. With that notification you will receive a tracking code so you can check to see where your order is.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $8.5 Australlia wide for all orders to the same destination no matter how many items you purchase.

 

Multiple Shipping Destinations

For each additional destination in the same order, an additional $8.50 will be charged.

What if the product is on back order?

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain item. If any product is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you by email with up-to-date delivery information.
